This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") is addressed to any individual or legal entity and constitutes a proposal to enter into a service agreement for access to the Loquora service.

Payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement pursuant to Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment payment is received.

The Service Provider grants the User access to the Loquora software — a real-time voice translation service — in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

Service fees are set by the pricing plan current at the time of payment and displayed on loquora.space/pricing in US dollars (USD).

Payment is processed via Robokassa. The payment obligation is fulfilled upon receipt of funds.

Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing period (1 month or 1 year).

Access to the service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

Services are provided remotely over the internet. Device and connection requirements are listed on the app download page.

The Service Provider may update the service's functionality without materially altering the terms of this Agreement.

The service provides access to digital content made available immediately upon payment. No refunds are issued for granted access.

The Service Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services including payment processors, internet providers, or video conferencing platforms.

The Service Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to force majeure circumstances.

By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy at loquora.space.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, through a court of general jurisdiction at the Service Provider's location.

The Service Provider may amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on loquora.space. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
