These Terms of Use govern the relationship between self-employed contractor Stepan Zakharov (TIN: 301956280585, referred to as "Loquora" or "we") and the user of the service (the "User").
By using the Loquora service, the User confirms full agreement with these Terms.
Loquora is a real-time voice translation software service. The service is provided "as is" and is under active development. Features and performance parameters may change.
Users may use the service for personal and commercial purposes within their purchased subscription plan.
One account is for one user. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.
Users are responsible for all activity performed through their account.
When using the service, you may not:
The Loquora software, design, algorithms, and trade name are the property of the Service Provider. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service under these Terms.
To enable personalized translation, Users provide a recording of their voice. By using this feature, Users confirm they own the voice and have the right to have it cloned.
Voice recordings are encrypted and used solely for personalizing translation output. Call audio is never recorded or retained.
If a User enables the call history feature, the service stores an encrypted text transcript and AI-generated summary of the conversation (no audio) until the User deletes it or turns the feature off in settings. The feature is off by default and unavailable on the Free plan.
Users may delete their call history in the app at any time, or request deletion of their voice data by contacting support@loquora.space.
The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Loquora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loquora's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last billing period.
We may update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Loquora may restrict or terminate a User's access to the service if these Terms are violated, without issuing a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
