Set up the virtual microphone
The virtual microphone carries your translation from Loquora into Zoom, Telegram, WeChat and other calling apps. It appears in their settings as a normal microphone.
In Loquora, select the normal microphone you speak into. In the calling app, select the Loquora virtual microphone. If you reverse them, the other person will not hear the translation.
What to do

Finish device installation
Accept Loquora's prompt to install the virtual microphone and wait for the success message.

Restart the calling app
Zoom, Telegram, WeChat, and other apps often read device lists at launch, so close and reopen them.

Open call audio settings
Find Microphone or Input device. Do not select the virtual device under Speakers.

Select Loquora
Choose the Loquora virtual device. Its name may include Virtual Microphone, BlackHole, or VB-Cable depending on system and version.

Say a test phrase
Start Loquora and watch the calling app's mic meter. It should react to the finished translated audio.
Good to know
- You choose it once per calling app, and the setting is normally remembered.
- The browser extension does not need a virtual microphone.
